A Beautiful Practice For All Your Dental Needs

We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

Our office attempts to schedule appointment at your convinience and when the time is available. Since we reserve an alloted period of time for each patient, we ask that each appointment be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. We realize that unexpected things can happen, but we ask for your assistance in this regard. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice. Our office actively facilitates communication with our patients whether it be sending out a text message confirmation or leaving you a voicemail days prior to your appointment to make sure you get the care you deserve. Appointments are readily available for any existing or new patient who have a dental emergency.

Initial Appointment:

Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, treatment can be done the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day. Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation: 1. Your referral slip and any X-rays if applicable.

2. A list of medications you are presently taking.

3. All proper insurance information (bring necessary forms and cards).

This will save time and allow us to help you process any insurance claim. All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit. Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to surgery (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.).

Staff: Our experienced staff is able to meet every patient's needs and will be more than happy to assist you with your dental and personal needs.
